These guys don’t need any introduction, from celebrities to the average motorcycle enthusiast Deus
have everyone craving for their custom flavors. Deus first started out
in Sydney and now they have established themselves in Indonesia and the
US.
At the Deus Ex Machina shop these guys are not just selling tastefully customized motorbikes they have a whole motorbike lifestyle for you. Walk in the store and you will be amazed with their creations, which includes surfboards, clothing, footwear, and accessories.
It’s not that hard to pick a feature bike from their portfolio, for today we are taking a look at their custom Triumph Bonneville aka The Inlander. This bike is a build by Michael Woolaway the Deus US Motorcycle design director. The Inlander pays tribute to the inland life (Hollywood actually).
The Inlander started out as a stock Triumph Bonneville 900. According to Deus “It was the owner’s absolute favorite bike, his everyday ride, and the modifications happened bit by bit”.
First it was the motor, which was tinkered for some extra performance and the airbox was removed. The fabrication work on this custom Triumph Bonneville includes a hand-fabricated front and rear fender, narrowed seat pan with custom tan leather seat and matching tan bags. According to Deus “It ended up as a cream-colored head turner. A head turner that pulls like a mule thanks to a big bore kit with forged high compression pistons high lift camshafts, a four-angle valve job, and FCR carb kit”.
The bike also features a two-into-one exhaust, gauges, stainless steel bag mounts and custom paint job on the tank. At the rear this custom Triumph Bonneville houses Works shocks. Another fantastic build from Deus, I am sure the owner is blasting it on the streets…inland!
